I’ve just come back from seeing Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, and it’s a attractive lame movie. Here is my review, my in-depth critical study of the film:
That’s all—bye!
Just kidding. I’ll elaborate a bit. I adore the original Harry Potter series, but so far nothing in Fantastic Beasts can fit it in terms of characters, excitement or emotions. Many are calling Crimes of Grindelwald the worst film in the Potterverse to date. I actually enjoyed it a little bit more than the first Fantastic Beasts, but dammit that is one low, boring bar.
In , just after the release of The Deathly Hallows novel, J.K. Rowling announced Albus Dumbledore is, in fact, gay. And that he was in love with Gellert Grindelwald.
Dumbledore wasn’t in ’s HP prequel Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. He’s advocate in Crimes of Grindelwald, played by hunky Jude Law.
Leading up to release, there have been conflicting stories about Young Dumbledore’s sexuality onscreen.

5 Celebrities rumoured to be gay who are actually straight
We were very inspired by the latest scandal: Patrick Stewart was falsely labelled gay by The Guardian. So, we’ve compiled a list of other celebrities, who’ve found themselves in the same predicament.
That’s a fun rumour to rouse up to! The Guardian must have forgotten to proofread their paper before publication, since they mistakenly identified Patrick Stewart as a gay man in their Ellen Page coming out article. For the record, he is straight.
The newspaper quickly issued an apology and amended the original article on their website with a statement:
“This article was amended on 17 February The third paragraph originally said Some gay people, such as Sir Patrick Stewart, consider Pages coming out speech is newsworthy. This should have read Some people, such as Sir Patrick Stewart, think Pages coming out speech is newsworthy.”

When looking for a gif of Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law dancing as Holmes and Watson I fell down one hell of a rabbit hole.
First off I learned that if you want homoerotic tension you went to the right guys because you got an actual bi man who famously paired up with Spider-Man in a not so parental way ifyaknowwhatImean
And a guy who spent a great chunk of his early career playing dangerous twinks who ruin men’s lives because he’s too pretty.
And that made me realize that Jude Law is the most literal male translation of the “dangerous seductress” I’ve ever seen. Sort of how Chris Hemsworth is the best in business at playing the male version of a “dumb blond”
Hemsworth’s dumb blondes know they view good and that people tend to let them own their way because of it, but they don’t comprehend how to utilize their good looks to manipulate others and are always in danger of being taken edge of by people who desire them.
Not Jude Law’s characters. They know they look good, they know how to weaponize it and loudly signals “objectify me at your own risk”
Jude Law is the sole reason I'm still alive and therefore means everything to me. I hope he's always cheerful and surrounded by the ones he loves as he truly deserves the world - although the world might not earn him. ( / ) Please watch The New Pope!

Sometimes some random gossip magazines wonder about his sexuality just like they do with any celebrity, it’s never something concrete though, as far as I recognize - and honestly who cares, like, he never stated his sexuality (at least not to my knowledge) so he either doesn’t want to or doesn’t care or both or just wasn’t asked so far in his life (which would create sense). Anyway, he is obviously incredibly happy in his current relationship and that’s all that matters.
